I am an Agricultural Scientist and Vegetable Breeder, presently working at ICAR-Indian Institute of Vegetable Research, Varanasi, UP, India. My primary research interests are development of high yielding varieties, promising parental/CMS lines & F1 hybrids; identification of stress tolerant genotypes (heat, humid, black rot, etc); tropicalization of temperate traits; and development of nutrient, antioxidants & bioactive rich vegetables, namely cauliflower, cabbage, radish, carrot, spinach beet.
